Simple Summer Butterflies

Hello, again!
I have been gone for a while.  Not at CHA, hangin' with my stamping friends, but at Family Camp.  We go to Bay Shore Camp both for Family Camp and my two older children each spend a week there (for soccer and music).  It is TRULY our family's happy place.  If you live within driving distance of the "thumb" of Michigan and are looking for a Christian camp, I truly recommend it!!  I teach the 6 yr. olds while I am there.  We had such a fun bunch this year!

As you may be able to imagine, I was glad to get back to my stamping desk!  I was also glad to have left a half finished project for me to complete!  I started doing this back when I was a scrapbooker.  It gets the creative juices flowing and it is especially helpful if you know you are going to be away for a while OR if you have limited creative time.

Anyway, I finished last week's CAS challenge from SCS.  We were challenged to make Turquoise, orange, and yellow!

Here is mine:
  • Stamps: Butterfly Inchies and Wildflower BG from Rubbernecker Stamps;
  • Paper: Prism Super Smooth White; SU! Tempting Turquoise, Apricot Appeal, and Only Orange;
  • Ink: SU! Tempting Turquoise and Summer Sun; Tim Holtz Distress Ink: Spiced Marmalade; Adirondack Pigment Pad: Snow Cap White;
  • Other Stuff: Circle Punch; Perfect Pearls-perfect pearl; foam tape

 Thanks for stopping by my blog today.  I hope you have a great day this week!!!
