Coffee Blog Hop

Welcome to my blog!  Happy National Coffee Day!!

Several papercrafting folks are celebrating by presenting a "Coffee Lovers Bloghop"!

Yes, I love my morning cup of coffee.  AND I my favorite season is fall when I can get pumpkin and egg nog lattes.

BUT, seriously,  my favorite cup of coffee... is when I can sit and talk with a friend.  This is not something I get to do near enough!

And THAT has inspired my card for today...

Here is my card:
The main image is from Tiddly Inks: Thanks a Latte.  I colored the image with copic markers.

The remaining images are stamps from Rubbernecker:
Thanks for hopping on the "Coffee Lovers Bloghop"!   (Be sure to start HERE to get all of the information and not miss any of the action!)

AND thank you to the vendors supplying the prizes!!!

AND than you to YOU!  for taking the time to stop by my blog and comment!

Watercolor Blossom

We made it!  It is Friday!!

This has been a marathon week at our house... I am not sure how a short week ended up so loooong, but it did!

Friday is here and that means it is time for an A Day for Daisies card!!
Today I watercolored the image, Flower #1 (a digi from A Day for Daisies):

As inspiration I used the colors from ColourQ #257:
(note: the lighter blue backgroud is really more "bermuda bay-ish"
in real life but, my camera just doesn't like that color)

This blossom is a part of the September Club at A Day for Daisies.  This week we (the design team) are playing just with the flowers!
There are some delightful cards on the design team's blogs:

Tiny Pixie!

Happy Friday!
It is a SUPER happy Friday at my house, as my baby girl turns 11, today!!

Also, A Day for Daisies, has a Showcase: Tiny Ones!
Today I have used Tiny Pixie Leaf:

She is colored with copic markers; the card base is an accident. I was trying one technique with two background stamps... not realizing that I had forgotten to clean one of the stamps. (All's well that ends well)

There is more tiny cuteness on the blogs of my fellow design team members:
