Ballet and Lace

Rubbernecker Stamps came out with some new ballet themed stamps.  While I don't dance... someone who I love does. (Hi, daughter from another mother ;) ) So they needed to  come to my house to play.

One of my favorite parts of the ballet, is the costumes!  Satin, Lace and Tulle!  All of which were the inspiration for this card.

Details:

  • Stamps: Ballet Dancer, Lace Netting, Lace Square, Lace Border Set, and Flora Damask background stamps all from Rubbernecker Stamps;
  • Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black; Adirondack shell pink and salmon die ink pads; Versamark;
  • Paper: Bazzill cardstock; Bristol Smooth paper;
  • Accessories: White embossing powder; Copic Markers, Stickles glitter glue; ribbon; hole punch; EK Success border punch; foam tape;
To bring out the lace detail the lace border and square stamps were stamped with Versamark on white cardstock, heat embossed with white embossing powder, then sponged with shell pink and salmon ink. To sponge ink use the Inkssentials blending tool and sponge.
