BLOG CANDY TIME

It is time for me to give away some blog candy!!

Tracey from Starving Artistamps has given me the opportunity to give away TWO stamp sets!

These are sooo fun to work with!! It is like FUNKY and natural all rolled together into one.

What do you need to do??? Just leave a comment on this post telling me what stamp from Starving Artistamps sparks your interest. You don't have to leave a link or the catalog number. Just the name and how it is interesting to YOU.

This blog candy will be open until Noon Eastern Time on Wednesday, February 27th.

About this card:

I stamped this Grace Girl with Chestnut Roan Fluid Chalk Ink (by Clearsnap) on to some off white textured cardstock.

She is colored with colored pencils (Prismacolor + Odorless Mineral Spirits technique). Masked and sponged with Ruby Red ink.

The main image is inked on the edges with Creamy Brown Fluid Chalk Ink, matted with Ruby Red cardsock, and mounted with foam tape onto Chocolate Chip cardstock.

The leave are also stamped with Chestnut roan on to Memory Box *Sprout* paper.

The sentiment *Grace* is stamped with Creamy Brown and the sentiment *Beauty* is stamped with Dark Brown. Hemp thread was used to embellish.

Also remember that there is a deal at Starving Artistamps HERE (until Feb. 25). PLUS you could save an additional 10% by using the discount code julidis.

I can't wait to see what stamps you folks pick!!!

What a gorgeous card! Those girl stamps really intrigue me. I think they'd make some interesting cards. But my heart is set on that fern leaf background and that other fancy ornamental background. (I can't remember the name, and my internet is being wonky tonight so I can't look it up.) :)

The site is down...oh no! Based on my blog travels, I have always loved these girls! I did like the flower silhouettes Natasha featured on her site today though too (had to even look through her recipe to see whose stamps they were!). Thanks a lot!

OH NO this site is down!! I just love the stamp set. You can use these girls for Funky, Vintage, and just plain Hip Hop! So many ways and what fun it would be to play with these.
Thanks for a chance.

the site is down but those little birds are so cute. Can't you just see them yacking away on the tree branch shooting the breeze and gossiping? Funny.

I tried the link on your post as well as the one on the right side of your blog and unfortunately neither would open to the website. But both of the stamps with the girls and birds are definitely ones of interest to me. I'm totally into birdies at the moment, and the girl stamps are so perfect for cards to my teenage nieces. So I'm loving what I've seen so far:) Thanks for a chance to win one of those amazing sets.

Believe it or not, my favorite stamps are the Grace Girls. This is because I am raising a 15 year-old granddaughter, and these stamps are perfect for cards for her friends. She is interested in anime, and these girls remind me of girls in anime.

I'd have to say that the girls are my favorite. That is because I have never seen any like these before on any other stamp. They are so beautiful!! Thanks!

What a gorgeous set. Thanks for offering it as blog candy. I never checked out StarvinArtist stamps. Great selection. I particularly love the horses and cowboys. I have newphews that ride and the gallery gave me inspiration on some wonderful ideas. I also liked the backgrounds.

This card is absolutely gorgeous! I love how you masked and sponged on the ruby red - that looks amazing. I may have to try that soon!

I actually love the birds in that set -- I love how their mouths are talking or singing or they could be eating. They are just really unique! LOVE what you are doing with these stamps!

Gorgeous cards!! You colored them beautifully. I really like the birds. Although after seeing your coloring of the women I may have to try those.

Wow! Her stamps are amazing! I am really loving the Doodle Factory line, in general, but I have to say that the Doodle Factory Animals are just fantastic and perfect for the current critter trend! They are artsy, yet a little cute all at the same time! I love that! Thanks for pointing me toward that site!
