Wacky Wednesday—In Stitches

This week, for Wacky Wednesday our talented leader, Sherry, has posed the challenge to use stitching on our projects. Any kind, machine, hand, or even faux stitching. The details of the challenge can be found on the Rubbernecker Stamp Company BLOG.

My samples for the challenge also have previews of tomorrow’s new stamp releases!!!! As you can see, I was in a Clean and Simple (CAS) mood. These are not quick cards for me—since I have to think about them in such different ways. I really enjoy the look for a change and I love that they can be sent with just one postage stamp.

You have made CAS (Clean & Simple) look like a piece of cake! Would you please come back to Texas and show me how to do that??!!!

Splendid Stuff!

These cards are fantastic...what a great example of how much stitching can add to a design.

Oh, I just love these CAS cards, Jules!!! Even though they're only one layer, you added so much texture and interest with the sewing! Fabulous!!

Absolutely beautiful cards, Jules!!!! I love the design of the first one with the sewing around the sentiment and the simple elegance of the second!!! You can make a one layer card acutally look 3-D!!!! Beautifully done, missy!!!

Pure genius Juliana!! Love that stitching around the sentiment! Can you tell me what the settings are on your sewing machine? I have tried changing my around and I still get the bottom thread pulling through the holes. It's frustrating! :)
